Given the verbiage used in the patch notes, there looks to be no way to specify the location of the datacenter used for the virtualized server beyond east/west/etc. I do not know how HiRez's data centers are laid out, but coming from other competitive FPS games, I do know that this will become a point of conflict down the line should more centrally located servers not become available. More centrally located datacenter such as Chicago or Dallas would be of great benefit to the majority of the NA competitive community, as well as the community at large.

What the HELL IS GOING ON. Let's give lots of SERIOUS Love to one of (if not THE) strongest classes already dominating, whilst leaving the Brute drowning in it's own blood and faeces?

hahaha these weapons aren't even out yet and all you noobs are already crying that its OP and asking for nerfs are you f'ing kidding me right now?

seriously you watched a promotional video where the kills are setup with actors to make the gun look appealing to people so they throw down some money for it and thats going to sway your opinion on it.... right..

how about you wait until the d*** patch comes out before you start hurling the OP card around.

So uh, why does everyone seem to think that the new weapons are OP? Both the plasma gun and the NJ5-B are weaker dps wise then the guns raider currently has (based off video), but make up for it by being easier to use.

Cluster grenade is the main thing that has me worried. But we should just see how they play out first.

For a being a staged video, the Jackal proved to be just powerful as they promoted it to be. A weapon designed to do one thing, but did something else far better then its primary function.

This time around its going to be a high speed spin fusor, with a higher rate of fire. Did we want a way to better enable MAs? yes. Did we want it to be solely in the hands of a class that already excels at dueling? HELL NO!!

In addition, you can tell a lot from a video: damage numbers, projectile speed, splash radius, rate of fire, etc.

All signs point towards ridiculously OP.

Who the F uses Stickies on the brute?
I wasted xp on the Nova Colt and wouldn't dare use xp on the stickies.
I'm saving my xp for when that Heavy Plasma Cannon is released for Brute!

Oh and those new skins look like dog s***.
