I wanna see them spray lasers around in a stream like a sprinkler. Get a few streams going for maximum laser rave party.

Give the shots more of an after-trail, and fix the bug where they sink down into the ground and invisibly kill you.

I can get behind this. Whilst they are at it, red for enemy fractals, green for friendly.

Heck, somehow highlighting friendly grenades and mortars would be great too: The game doens't provide communication tools for people to warn/reassure teammates, so it seems reasonable for it to be part of the existing IFF stuff.

As long as ff isn't in the game, it really should distinguish between allied and enemy fused explosives.

Good lord, i love throwing three fractals and not being able to get out because they knock me back to each other. Sometimes i just walk through them and take only 400 damage.

+1 for more consistency.

It's nice that I sometimes get free kills because my fractal hit someone 4 times in 2 seconds, but it's not satisfying knowing that I didn't actually earn the kill. On the other hand when a blind enemy stands in the AoE for the entire duration and only gets hit once it's frustrating as heck.

Making fractals more consistent wouldn't be a buff by any means, but it would certainly make them slightly less frustrating for both the fractal thrower and the person in the fractal's AoE, since there would be less cases where someone who should have survived getting instagibbed, or cases where someone should have died being unharmed.



It might be a bit tedious trying to redesign the formula for fractal-beam direction but it could definitely be improved. I don't think the beams need to be changed, maybe just have a specific pattern designed to leave no spot in the AoE untouched.

I see a growing trend of people just suiciderunning and drop fractalnade over n over n over.

And ending up top on the lists. Just by doing so.

Kinda onesided if one type of nade can castrate a class so much.

I think it needs abit of balancing either way. shorten its duration or nerf the damage.

But on the other hand. If guys enjoy playing like that...

But worries me.
