But Gamesurge would also offer access to new players, as well as get players who are already on there to just join a channel.

But as it gets more popular I'll continue to prod rekk until there's a proper set for opers/services/scripts/SSL/etc going on

Also, it opens you up to have your pass stolen by unscrupulous sysops, which is no fun for anyone. _________________
