It's more than a just a little ironic that this game was put out as the "anti-WoW MMO", yet the developers have turned direction, and are now on a course towards becoming like WoW.

Questing is ghey, please leave that s*** to WoW. This game has excelled at what it began as, a great fast paced TPS co-op. So why change course now and ruin it?

Honestly the concept behind huxley was great, its to bad that did not pan out,or has yet to pull threw lol. I was looking at GA to be a good alternative to Huxley. Online gaming is demanding more for their buck. and honestly GW is a good examle imo of the way GA should get to. Good PvE but with the focus on PvP/clan vs clan elements being the main theme..

one thing ive noticed while doing these quests is that the enemy respawn rate is far too fast, i cant do a quest at level 40 without ticks ganging me and killing me because they just spawn to d*** fast to kill while also attempting to the the quest. i dont think anyone has mentioned about this yet so i figured i would.

seeing as HiRez prolly wont check through the flames and trolling in this topic im going to go add it in the bugs forum aswell ^_^

I have gone through the quest series 3 times now: on a 20-25 medic and robo (on live) and a 39 assault (on test) and have not run into your problem.

I wonder if it is easier at level 5-15 that it has allegedly been designed for?

I do think the spawn times are a little fubared... it doesn't totally break the game, but is a pain in some bits...

I think the problem is other people (which is ironically the best bit too ;) ) - as the bots have to spawn for them. So you clear an area, then someone else comes along and it all has to spawn for them.

The best example is the tunnel mission (with the computer where you have to turn stuff on).

I've had loads of times where I've killed a robot at the start of the tunnel, walked a bit further down, start killing the next one only to be killed by the one that spawned behind me.

All in all though I'm loving the open world. I find it's really difficult until you learn how to use each class and then it's a challenge

It's also great to be able to use the environment tactically. In the traditional PvE you attack, retreat and pick off. In the open world you can flank, go round attack from high ground... awesome.

I'd love to see stuff in the harder levels that requires co-ordinated attack (ie a shield that a solo has to shoot down, or use a recon to sneak in and blow up the power source).

I've noticed since the patch that queue's are longer (mercs and pve) and also as far as I can see there is an issue with mat drops. After monitoring the drops from 3 days of playing between 3-5 hours I have recieved 1 T1 armor plating (this includes all the raids that were available during this time).
Before the patch I was getting around 50 in 3-5 hours and now I've got 1 in 3 days. As a crafter this is a big problem for me.

I've been soloing all day today and there still is a lack of t1 plating since the patch.

I find this is a rather irritating problem too.
I'm only able to craft 1-2 rare mods a day, unless I feel like playing PvE, quite literally, all day long. Which, of course, I don't. Because that is very, very, very boring. I mean, it seems kind of ridiculous that you can go through several PvE missions without running into a single T1 and X1... Aren't these just rare components... not epic?
