To be honest, they need to scratch the whole AvA system and go with a Neocron type PvP system. The large open world / outpost system is the best ive ever played for any game like this. AvA is just a severely flawed system and nothing the developers can do is going to fix it.

Whats not practical about it? You played for this long and even longer before lol.

Not only do we have to defend our hexes for 2 hours we need to retake all the lost hexes from the FUBAR zerg which is about 2 more hours of tug and war between FUBAR zerg pugs wasting their time trying to defend and counter zerging the hexes that are still open.

Neocron was the most intense Clanfights I ever had on online gaming, but im afraid GA just isnt the game were it could work out like in NC.

Personally, I'd like to see AvA put on hold, all their attention put into 1.3b+ and when it's out, start work on AvA again. Maybe even start from scratch. Ask agencies to test it before it goes live, etc.

It could. They are changing the game so much, they could toss in an open world. Make outposts give crafting bonuses or military bonuses. They could even implement rare apons like the warots / grims had. I think it could work and work prety wel actually.

I know one thing. Instanced team vs team is not the way. If I want that I wil go play CS.

I know open world zerg around is not the way because they would need to start from scratch with a new engine to keep it somewhat playable. Be prepared for the whine about lags and low fps in 32 vs 32 zergs and then imagine what a real open world would do to frames per second. Additionally i have no idea how that is agent-like and not soldier-like where only numbers matter and personal skill is not that important.
