Fiction - Avatar, Part II - Savior

I have the nagging suspicion that Avatar is directing the flow of events towards the formation of the Commonwealth. My only concern now is whether or not it realizes what the Commonwealth will turn into; if this ghost in the machine is a Sonny or a VIKI?

I'm pleased HiRez didn't just want to leave out the story of the game just because few FPS games HAVE plots and stories.
