Perks are proof that there are small variables preventing this game being even more fun.

Lightweight isn't a true perk, nor is it balanced.

It's patchwork, made to fix a patchwork, that didn't fix a patchwork, that was supposed to fix a patchwork...
OH FFS! Each and every fix Hi-Rez made so far is a patchwork one, you can't see the original issue anymore from underneath all the sloppy patchwork "fixes".

I like having a plethora of different perks to choose from. I don't see why (a limited number of) people want half the perk abilities to become default for every player (especially Quick Draw - I enjoy reaping the benefits on picking this perk on my Soldier as opposed to, say, Survivalist). Rather, Hi-Rez should work on giving the less useful perks more viability.
