If only you and the other medics are on point and the tanks are never on it. Crossheal and take a poison aura and neut wave. If your tanks are never on point at least give them a bit of hell before they take it and if their medics are baddies maybe wipe some of their team. BUT MAINTAIN HEALING YOUR ALLIES. without crossheals you are still screwed. 2.) (I strongly reccomend going full nanite before this) If the other two medics are trumping you in heals (like 140k them, 20k you) do one of two things, seriously reconsider your choice of going medic, or go poison, if not both.(keep trying to heal). A well timed Neut wave and poison aura can really help out your assaults. Times to not go poison.... 1.) if you are the only medic (derp) 2.) the other medic on your team has only 1/4 of your heals 3.) all of your assaults are on point. please also know to get at least 1 profile before poison speccing. it is very rare where i actually find it effective to go poison so haveing your inital spec being heals is WAY more beneficial to the team.
