the new download seems to be working i am currently downloading the patch ill update if it doesnt work. if i dont update it worked 100%

i havent got that bug but i got another one:ever time i am starting PTS the screen turns black and than a window opens which tells me that it crashed i alread wrote 2 Support tickest about this can you pls help me?

since the last PTS patch that was around the 1st of january the PTS keeps crashing. when i click the play button the hole screen turns black(thats normal) and than after like 6 secs a window opens that tells me Smite.exe stopped working
