Can't join a match

My account logs in in the game, but does not go into any match for whatever reason, neither in server browser, or ... quickmatch tried American servers and soth america, none of them work try re install, (and other things in patch diagnostic)... also can't login in the support center... _________________ nerf bxt1 to phase works =( The vast majority of tactics that at first appear unbeatable end up having counters, so stop talk "op"!All class / weapon / player has a weakness

Can't join a match

Have you tried creating a support case from the launcher instead of the support website?

Sorry another up, but i fixed it ,
well i will now explain how i fixed
first the problen ( i can login in the game/steam) but can't conect to any server(stay trying to join in a match)
i just reset my moden (why i don't did that early...) =(
