Post New loadout selection annoyance
I understand how the new layout system works, but I don't understand why I have to select my primary loadout when it's my only loadout. It's just one of those little things that just gets more and more annoying every time I encounter it.

It would make sense to eliminate the extra selection step for classes which you haven't purchased loadout slots, maybe they'll tweak this down the road.

gosh I did not even think of that, I wouldn't want that to happen I am going to go make a thread letting them know I think it would be great if they would implement the need to unlock each vehicle, and you need to spend 100000xp to unlock the ability to change your movement keys.

yeah, I was saying that in my thread, instead of pressing "5" for RDR, you have to do "5"(class) and then "1"(load out) to select complete, otherwise, it's counted as "incomplete selection" there for your next Death/Station will NOT change your job/load out...

I say, if player did not select load out type, it should counted as load out 1 automatically (or even "latest load out selection" because I was so used to just push 1 button for job change... HiRez... if you guys are actually reading this... please make this new selection more accessible to use...

Whats the point in having a customisable loadout that is limited by weapon slots of classes?

Take Raider for example, I want plasma/gren launcher combo without the machine guns but can't because they are both in the same slot, so I currently have a choice between a machine gun and a machine gun...

Or is the intention of Hi Rez to swamp each slot with huge numbers of weapons for us to choose from, if so what time frame before customisable loadouts become actually useful?

As I remember in original games certain weapons were for certain armour classes and number of weapons that could be carried too, What if I own all the current weapons and want to use Heavy Spinfusor in combination with the Saber Launcher, both heavy weapons for a heavy class but cant because they are in different classes and weapon slots.....

The thought of customisable loadouts should allow for this but its currently just a less restrictive restriction.
