Post Shorten team balance time to 10-15 seconds.
In TDM games, the minutes it takes to balance even just a 2 player difference is WAY too long. Shorten it to 10 seconds or so. All it takes is one player to be out of balance for the pub to end up very wrong and everyone very angry given that a great game in tdm lasts maybe 10 minutes and a bad one about 4.

They usually blame classes weapons etc when teams are unbalanced and the loss is drastic, but if they have a balanced good game, the same group will just have fun.

A better way might be a longer forced switch, but a shorter on-death switch. As it is now, I think it tries to switch the person who joined last. Have it look at the last 2-3 people to join the team that currently has more players, then switch the first one who dies if the difference in team counts is greater than one. Eventually, just kill one and forceswitch like it does now.
