Pay2win haven't been defined as being able to get advantage though none other things, then real currency. It can also imply that you are able to get much better advantage, for real live currency. The infiltrator is the perfect example for this, both the stealth spinfuser and Jackal is clearly superior to his normal Rhino-smg. Worst of all, both of the weapons cost tons of XP. (Though the stealth spinfuster have gotten it's price reduced a bit).

Those rules aren't important in the slightest, if more than 2 or 3 people a day broke them Forums would cease working almost instantly (so obviously most people don't. Even without reading threads like this). This thread is the internet equivalent of that student who stands up in class after the Teacher told everyone to be quiet and wags his finger at everyone like "I told you so".
