I just joined a team just by asking on IRC and playing with them in PUBs then I got whitelisted. So that's not entirely true.

I imagine this whole process is such a nightmare for some and so ineffective that private servers must be very important.

Seriously hope to get into some PUG action as I am sick of players in pubs being tards and ruining perfectly good flag runs as they can't be arsed to defend or get our flag back. I don't have a mic atm, will have to pick one up. Anybody know how much a decent one runs? They are nice and cheap if you have a nice headset. Also this is offtopic

A bit about me if any experienced teams are interested and looking for a player: -I played competitive UT2k3 with Area51 and xeno (Played UT2k3 1 year) -Led srh/shockwave/eminence to CAL-Invite in COD1 (Played COD 2 years) -Led srh to CAL-Premier and CEVO-Semi Professional in CS 1.6 (Played CS for 6 years) -East coast player, 27 years old...not interested in playing with 16 year olds

Joined the NA: Whitelist team. Seriously hope to get into some PUG action as I am sick of players in pubs being tards and ruining perfectly good flag runs as they can't be arsed to defend or get our flag back.

I don't have a mic atm, will have to pick one up. Anybody know how much a decent one runs? The last one I bought years ago for the comp UT2k4 scene was a POS which is why I eventually tossed it.

Get a stand alone flat-based standalone mic. They are nice and cheap if you have a nice headset.

Almost 500 people on that sign up team...jeez.

A bit about me if any experienced teams are interested and looking for a player:
