If you go into a submenu and then click the "Go Back" button multiple times before the transition is complete, the menu breaks. :/

So if you're deep into sub menus and spam the go back button, the menu will be somewhere but you can't do anything meaningful? I dunno what's going on but it appears the "Go Back" button isn't disabled during transitions.

Concerning new Blood Eagle skins:

Pathfinder keeps (mostly) the baeline Light look. It is excellent.

Sentinel: I'll say it here, but it applies across the board: Arbitrary color changes seldom improve a model! Varying from red to black and back between armor segments is rather garish and really drains the definition of the overall look. The Sentinel in particular is lacking a solid image. I understand that a sniper does not want to be seen, but smatterings of bright red and green over khaki and grey just isn't working. The top half of the model is not meshing well with the bottom half.

Infiltrator: Very powerful visual change. Substitutes some reds with blacks in keeping with the nature of the class, but in a more balanced and effective way than the Sentinel. I love it.

Technician: Ah Donatello... You never could shake the stigma of being less cool than your fellow Ninja Turtles. Your weapons are just not as cool. Your colors are just not as cool. Fixing things is just not as cool as smashing things, dude. All the leftovers go to you. Including artwork. But in all seriousness, the "wimpier" look is actually not that bad here. Less is more, if you will. This whole yellow thing though.. It really looks like the guy overloaded his hotdog with condiments. A little mustard on this segment, a little ketchup on that. Balance it, blend it.. I don't know. It's not working for me.

Raider: Somebody magnetized his armor and it attracted all sorts of gribblies and bits. The legs are rather randomly back-and-forth with the black and red. Compared with the fantastic looking kneepads, the newer textures need some wear and tear to match. I can't really pull the model together with the gun dividing the picture, but I believe a predominantly red chestplate would be helped by more red on the shoulders. The shoulders look like they are from another "armorset", if you'll pardon my mmoism. They carry a certain angular T:V vibe. I cannot see what is happening with the helmet. The "mandibles" and "unibrow" are not connecting with the rest of it (it may be the lighting/shadows). In general, I honestly thought that someone had slapped the wrong texture file to the model. Definitely needs another pass to bring all textures up to the same quality level.

Overall, an interesting development and I look forward to see where it is headed. Perhaps keeping the base model as an option for all classes is something to consider as well.

Also, Star Wolf.

We're not trying to improve the models, the goal was to make each class recognizable. The pathfinder, and soldier are exactly the same models they were previously. The pathfinder got some very minor glowing bits, but that's it.

Two things: Refunded GOLD is not working from weapon purchases & xp is not posting after a match ends (you don't gain any xp at all to your totals)

Correction: I closed my game entirely, relaunched tribes, and my xp gains showed up. Gold still not refunded from weapons purchases pre patch.

Unfortunately, considering how often combat takes place in this game at mid range, these changes don't really help recognize the classes any better when it actually matters. Even before this patch, I still had trouble telling if someone was light or medium. The best way to tell what class someone is in this game is to watch what sort of weapon they fire, or what sort of pack they use. Unless each model got a huge overhaul where each class was a completely different shape and size, it's not really going to work. I suppose it would also work if each class was a distinctly different brightly glowing neon color, but I don't think we want that.

Unless you just meant recognizable on the class select screen, in which case yeah, it works, but I think the weapon equipped is indication enough (not the mention the large letters listing their name).

Didn't get any refund at all. What's the correct place to post things like that?

Are we gonna get a statement on any Phase Rifle buffs that will have to happen?

Fixing the "fire rate" bug on the Phase Rifle just made it the most useless unlock in the game, I hope you're gonna buff it in some way soon to make it viable to use again. I didn't pay the (still ridiculously high) amount of XP to unlock it just to be without a primary weapon now.

Unless you value the instant-fire, noscope, and quickscope functions

Instant-fire isn't much of an advantage if you have to hit every shot of your mag to kill an enemy and you're completely prohibited from using your jetpack without actively reducing your damage output. Noscope's the same deal, without proper damage all advantages don't matter in face of the fact that it drains almost all your energy with every single shot.

1. You can spam low power shots
2. Are you using the regen pack?
3. Sit on a hill so you can ski without jetpacking
I won't try to imply that it isn't an awkward weapon, but someone's gonna have the dedication to learn how to make the most of it and cause a lot of QQ
It's definitely got a higher skill floor and ceiling than the standard sniper rifle
Only buff I could see is lowering the power cost a little
