I'm trying to get some clips done but after 5 secs Fraps start bitching out to 20fps or lower , even at the lowest settings 30 fps half size no rgb, resolution is at 1280 x 720, while I can play the game well over 90 fps at highest graphical settings without fraps running. I play with 23 - 25 FPS and using FRAPS does not decrease the FPS. I have the following settings activated: Under MOVIES folder, Record Win7 sound & Stereo, Capturing with 30 FPS, Full-size and Loop buffer length 30 seconds.
