You could sit in the dropship every game and still win half the time
Merc gives almost no value to the individual, it is a team effort and when 50% of the time your team is completely assballs retarded and the other half red gets that team, your contribution means almost nothing when red is organized and you aren't, or vice versa

Though I agree on the second part

Individual performance does matter. It's the idiots who just give up because they think they have no chance that make teams lose.

You are a good example of the system at work
Either your skill level is perfectly average, or you are better than most and get put on bad teams, or are worse than most and get put on good teams
48% is not that much of a deviation from 50%
You've played enough matches that the game has a good idea of your skill level and puts you into queues that should be fair for you

Other people that haven't played a lot might be lower/higher, yeah, but unless you roll a premade every game, after a certain point the game will give you around 50%

I'd be more interested if you found someone with over 1000 or so matches with less than a 30% win rate, assuming they don't just faff about every match

At least until half your team has raged early because surefour is sniping. :? Then it's just an exercise in feeding the other team kills.

And it just alternates back and forth depending on how many people are in the queue

... that's showgirl, not me lol
in about 10 seconds of looking I found 48%, 44% and 41%
the 41 has over 2k matches played
CaerusX has almost a 60% winrate and still gets placed in games where he gets triple digit kills if you wanna look at the other end of things

Conquest Vendors
Combat Jetpacks now available at level 30.
Crescent Jetpacks now available for tokens. The purchasable versions require level 50 and cannot be traded. (No change to Mercenary Reward Loot versions.)

Shooting and Flying earlier ^.^

Wonder how much tokens the CPJs go for.
