Yes indeed, interesting. This would indicate to me that enough players have purchased Boosters to equate that with a subscription and give some extra tokens as a reward. IDK....but then again I have a Booster. :D

It really annoys me that this has NOT been a feature in the game since day one of 1.3.

Can you actually give me a legitimate reason why this is not allowed besides that you want people to grind more?

Because preserving the rarity of the items and the game economy is paramount, blah blah blah. That's why they handled the Auction House exploit so well!

Being able to trade items doesn't increase their drop rate, they're still rare. Even the limitations on the bug were fine since it at least let you help out your agency-mates, even if you couldn't mail/auction them.
