I really enjoyed playing with up to 3 of my agency friends. I don't believe this made the matches any more unbalanced. We still lost and won as per normal. Good groups win, bad groups lose. It doesn't matter if 4 of those people where premade. Can we not perhaps meet in the middle? Maybe allow up to 3 people to be premade? People still have the option not to go into any queues with premade groups in them. Its great that you made the arena for non subs, but the arena is actually dead. Hardly any matches, and when they are its heavily one sided by leet and experienced players, against players you just want to have some fun. 4v4 arena is nowhere near as fun as the normal pvp matches. 10v10 arena is even more dead than 4v4. I made some great suggestions for 10v10 in this post: viewtopic.php?f=169&t=20018 I still think something like this will really help push the fun factor.

No. Did you not read the part about non-subs getting arena mode? If you want to play with more then 1 friend at a time, you can all queue up for arena! I think this should've been done:
